Help please I have spent all day on this. I have an iphone and a macbook air. Previously when I took a photo on my phone it automatically appeared in Photos on my macbook, as well as in the cloud. I have obviously done something to upset it. They now appear in the cloud but not in Photos. I have trawled through all the advice on line but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

OK so I've got all my photos back on Photos app on Mac book air by using usb cable. Previously this happened automatically and this no longer happens. They are appearing in icloud photos. Any ideas?? It's so annoying.

Is it set to synch via wi-fi, as that appears to be the issue?

Yes it is.  I think I've sorted the photos automatically appearing in Photos. It was something to do with the library which appears to be sorted but now Photos seems to be constantly uploading/updating.
