PS - DPD is our octogenarian regular forum contributor - we do make some allowances for his keyboard 'dexterity'. His heart is in the right place, even if his finger isn't! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It's actually CPR27.14(2)(g) but it relates to costs on small claims track, not sure if it is relevant on this thread, hopefully @D_P_Dance will explain.DownwithPPCs said:

Ah ok, yes I put this in my last two WSs. Judge wasn't interested. He awarded small amount of costs but that was that regardless of me accusing claimant of unreasonable behaviour.D_P_Dance said:Have you read CR27.14(2)(g)?

@Coupon-mad @Fruitcake do either of you know if I can amend and expand on my WS from the dispute resolution hearing on Friday just gone in prep for the final hearing? I'm pretty sure I can? Guessing i'm not tied down to the one I wrote for the hearing on Friday? The hearing just gone was slightly different compared to what I want to exhibit at the final hearing. Thanks in advance.0
