Sorry DOESN’T mean most homeowners won't be responsible for footing the bill for remedial cladding work, …confirming whether they'll be hit with a bill of £1,000s or even £10,000s.Gov - hoodwinking everyone.. saying fixed. Millions do not qualify. We’re not qualified as our pension in 3 BTL, Mortgage brokers state 5 properties to be deemed a multiple property operator. Our life savings gone and liable for £100k’s for remediation of property that developers built omitting firebreaks etc for profit for the sake of lives🔥. Life savings gone - Drawing down our pension and now retirement in tatters and lives over. Bankruptcy looms. We thought we bought safe apartments. All leaseholders should be dealt with equally. So unjust. Despair 😡0
