Cost of living payments

Am I entitled to cost of living payment when I only receive housing benefits and council tax benefits, my wife gets attendance allowance

No to the £650 payment.
She will get a payment of £150 because she gets AA.
There will an extra £300 in the Winter Fuel Payment in the winter and the £400 help with electricity bills.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Is Housing Benefit the only means-tested benefit excluded from the £650 payment? A working age claimant could qualify for housing cost help only through Universal Credit and therefore receive this extra money. As a pensioner Housing Benefit is the only option for someone on a very low income, but just outside the Pension Credit qualifying level.0
