Unsure of defence

Hi

I have received the above letter, have read the newbies post etc (already have another one that I’ve taken all the way, thanks to everyone here’s help)
With this one im struggling with what to put in the defence as the other one was really badly done by the parking company. As the letter states on this one, there were two dates (one after the other) and two addresses. The second address I can argue doesn’t bring up a car park but I’m unsure what else to put. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated

We could do with a little more than that. Were you in Birmingham and parked at those locations on those dates? Where are the car parks? I can't see any on google street view except for the NCP one which not the claimant here.

OK, I've found the Kings Parade one, your defence is signage.

Amazing! I’ll use that in my defence. Also regarding the other one I honestly couldn’t tell ya because I tried too google map the address myself to jog my memory and cannot find out where it is it is even saying I parked.

With a Claim Issue Date of 20th July, you have until Monday 8th August to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 22nd August 2022 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Has that case been resolved, or is it still ongoing?

There has been a Defence Systems/ParkWatch court claim defended successfully (based on signage), in the past couple of days.  Have a read of the defence used in that.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

That case is still ongoing and I have received a notice of transfer of proceedings but i’m very hopeful as that one was done quite poorly especially on the claim form. I just have to wait till a hearing date right?

I’ll have a read of that thread and also check on google maps in regards to the signage.

I have googled both address on the claim form and 'The Square Shopping Centre' is on 'The Priory Queensway', not 'Priory Square' as the claim form states. Also, the shopping centre doesnt bring up any car park (i dont think it even has its own car park' and the second address is 'Dale End' but the car park is behind Dale End and is on New Meeting St. I have attached screenshots of both (see the red icon), could anyone please confirm/help with using these mistakes in my defence? If i even can?

IMHO, that would be relevant only if you were not driving and don't quite know where the parking event was alleged to be.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does the fact their side refusing to turn up help my case or is that how most cases go nowadays?
