How can I check which rate I'm charged for specific period?
I'm with Scottish Power and want to check that I was charged the 'old' rate up to March 31st.
I gave a reading online on that date and want to make sure that I'm only being charged at the old rate for energy used in the old rate period.
The bill doesn't give a breakdown. I asked for a bill with a breakdown, on the phone, and the operator said she had sent one.
When I checked it was just a copy of the normal bill which just gives a total used figure.
Any way to get this breakdown?
Thanks
