Yeah yeah, here we go again. This one actually isn't created by me though.

Are bitwarden just trash or what? I did plenty of reading on password managers & they were getting rave reviews.

I downloaded the app, set up an account, do what I always do when setting up an account - put the details in to the password manager that I have been using (keepass) and then ..... well left it. Putting in entries & moving to Bitwarden was something I was going to get to later.

Well FFWD however long it's been and that later was today.

Well password didn't work. Very odd I thought. Tried again & again - no joy.

Try the master password help to your email ......... no email sent.

Try it in a web browser - also no log in and also no email sent to my address, even though it said it had sent one.

Do a bit of Googling & find other users complaining about Bitwarden support when they can't access their account.

At this rate I'll be selecting LastPass. Anyone else had Bitwarden trouble here? I'm going to assume you'll all be smooth sailing?!

As it wont let me delete the thread. Scratch that.

I thought I'd try creating the account again - it let me.

It must've closed my account for being inactive or nothing put in the vault at the time of previously creating it I'm guessing.
