My Paypal dispute was closed yesterday because it was not escalated. (I did actually make 2 attempts to escalate my case before it was closed, but they never appeared in the Paypal Resolution Center) I'm wondering do I have any recourse, Paypal make it difficult because I'm not on social media, no twitter, no facebook, I'm just going around in circles with Paypal robots. Would it be easier to contact my bank, this was a straight forward claim for non-delivery of goods which was never disputed by the seller, it's for about 15 quid, and Paypal bots have me pulling my hair out.
