what anti mould on car seats, car cleaning is available in london?

I tried a local car wash and they don't do the seats with a Charlie wet and dry hoover.  I don't have visible mould on the car seats yet but it can happen.. I want a thorough clean of car seats.  What places would do that?

I’ve been driving for 50+ years, everything from brand-new company BMWs to ancient bangers. I’ve never seen or heard of mould on seats.

I have just bought a second hand car. On our travels we saw quite a few especially on very low mileage cars. Could only assume they had just been left outside for months during pandemic. One at Motorpoint was particularly bad. It did make you wonder how hard it was to get rid of. It didn't sell for months.

I'd recommend a full detail by a professional in a case like this, assuming the car has been sat a while over the pandemic and this isn't going to be a recurring issue. You should only need it once to get rid of the problem, again assuming the car will be in regular use.

As a guide (outside London), a full service detailing from a reputable local company (after asking around on Facebook locally) was around £45 a few months ago on the Herts/Essex border and took around 3 hours.

Many will come to your home to do this. Check your local facebook group for recommendations 👍

Damp inside a and a lack of fresh air from driving the car promotes mould growth.

I keep desiccant bags (PINGIs) on top of the dashboard to reduce humidity and discourage mould.

I’ve used a vacuum first, the cans of foam cleaners. Vanish etc.
Let the seats dry, then hoover again.
And repeat just in case.
Then get
