    I honestly don't think there is any path to a proper career with prospects and a decent salary without PG study to be fair.
    i can't find the banging my head against a brick wall smilie - or i would have used it repeatedly!! a postgrad qualification will only help you if it's relevant and usually only in conjunction with experience.

    I am getting the experience bit, so I can move to the PG stuff in a year and two.

    It is true that I want to do a masters to some extent to resolve my unhappiness and lack of success in my first degree and maybe it is a bad reason to want to do it, but then maybe it isnt.
