I successfully swapped out over £200 worth of stamps, paid £6.85 for delivery, received the replacement stamps to the exact value of what I'd swapped, but didn't get the £6.85 refund for my postage costs. I found a phone number - I think someone on this forum had helpfully put it in a post. I contacted a help line via the number, got assurances that the £6.85 was going to be sent. The story goes on with two further phone calls, acknowledgement that I'm entitled to the refund each time, but no refund. I've now lost the phone number to call back. Has anyone on here tried this and got the phone number please. I'm determined to try again and would appreciate the contact details. I have scrolled back, but not found what I'm looking for.

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to pass that on to me, I used it and it seems that by using the online method, I got a n instant e-mail to assure me my enquiry was being attended to followed fairly quickly by receipt of the stamps I’d been trying to get (to cover the cost of the tracked stamp return). Many thanks to everyone who helped, I now have full replacements for all my stamps and it hasn’t cost me anything to swap them out.
