That £100 credit was at the start of summer when I'd have expected it to be around zero, gradually increasing in Apr/May-Oct when the heating may go on again. They refunded half of the £100, which was fine and welcome0

Sounds very kind of them definitely to do the refund proactively, I think I've had to request it in every case.My bill in April was only 5p more than my DD that month so hopefully that's the turning point for me from Winter expense into Summer credit...0
