How long do Bank/E-money service have to return funds

I had an e-money account with Suits Me Card.

They have decided to close my account (they suggest a breach of terms but haven't been specific. What are their legal obligations in return of funds? I asked their customer service team but they said there is no timeframe they can provide for return of funds. I asked what the FCA regulations were for this, but they won't give me an answer.

My question is, how long do they have to return the funds in my account to me?

You can check on the FCA website. I don’t think there is any rule on how long they can take, or how much they need to return.
