We are On JSA  but our amount of benefit will be reduced in july because of partners  small private pension will this affect the cost of living payment due 14 th July

As long as you still receive something you remain eligible.

Whatever he get as a pension will be taken off our JSA we will still get some NEW

For the first part of the CoL payment you have to have been entitled to a JSA payment for any day in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022.

The qualifying date for the second part of it has not yet been announced.
