UC on strike

Do you still receive UC if you strike at work?

    Yes, as its calculated on your income.
    UC will not know you have been on strike.

    Be aware that if your earnings drop below a threashold during a UC assessment period, you could have an appointment booked in to attend the local Job Centre.   Suggest that you send a journal message, just stating that due to industrial action at your place of work, earnings may show as being reduced for a period.
