I have set my ebay payouts up to pay out once a week and usually I get the money from all the accounts around lunchtime, sometimes sooner. Today it is currently 4.45 and nothing has arrived- I've never known it this slow .

It isn't a major issue as I don't depend on the money, but it seems odd that nothing from any of the accounts has arrived and I wonder if anyone else has noticed this.

I had a look on the eBay discussion boards and it seems that there is an unidentified issue as there are lots of people complaining , it would be nice if eBay put up a message or something.

Get a weekly payment and still not arrived 9pm

Just checked again and as at 11.40pm no payments have arrived. Something somewhere has gone wrong and still no message or banner from eBay saying they have an issue.

Still nothing here, according to other forums where people have started contacting eBay, eBay say there are no problems with payments and this is normal. I haven’t found a single person yet who has Tuesday’s money.

Apparently if you phone or chat with eBay they are working to a tight script , denying any issues and reminding people that payments can take up to 4 days and this is normal. Mine have never ever been later than lunchtime ish on Tuesday so this is certainly not normal.

Thanks; just checked - nothing in my bank yet either. I did get the payout advice email as usual on Monday night / Tuesday morning. Will check again tomorrow

Just goes to prove that Ebay customer service is not fit for purpose for both buyers & sellers,unfortunately they will continue to get away with treating users with contempt because they are outside of UK regulation.

I used to get my payments (set to daily) the day I received the notification, now it's at least the day after. And I received notification on Thursday of payment that finally arrived Tuesday.

I was v impressed with managed payments initially, now it's worse off for occasional sellers like me than paypal was - as the money is just totally in limbo
