Just talking to Sky about trying to reduce the cost, not a real problem, but I'm tight!  Ended up talking with the person regarding costs going up, and how she was finding food costs very high, and now alone, how to shop & cook for one.  As a old member of the OsDaily, and still in touch with many other members, told her about the MSE OS Forum, and that there was a Cooking for 1 thread.  Also explained about bulking out mince, etc.  Now while many Firums are well known Debtfree Wannabe for example, I don't see much mention if this type of help on the Money Prigram.  I know some see Forums as "old school" but they certainly have their uses.
Thoughts!

Hi donny-gal another old OSer from many moons ago here. I still save my cash as much as I can and although I took a break for a couple of years was 'persueded ' back by a few who remembered me :) Its changed over the years from when it first started thats for sure .I still find the new format a bit confusing at times . All my noisy little grand children are now grown-ups now and one is also marriedand a Mum herself. I still look at my Misers Online  Cook Book at times where I gathered plenty of recipes both of my own and other members Moneysaving Diva who we sadly lost amongst others.

    Cheers
