Travel Insurance recommendations for flight cancellation - for a non package deal

Hi,

I have had a look on the forum and read some horror stories about cancellation insurance not covering the cost of holidays where travel was effected by flight cancellations due to staff shortages.  

I was wondering if anyone had come across any insures they could recommend.  I'm trying to wade my way through policy documents to try to cover a family holiday to Spain in July with easyjet flights .
