Lloyds bank switch

So I opened an account and am trying to switch to it, but my Switch requires more information.
The only way to attempt this is to try to call them, which no matter what time of day always has 1hr queue time. Also the number they give is for Halifax or RBS! Very confusing.
Has anyone successfully done the Switch to Lloyds? I'm starting to think maybe they're delaying the switch happening to avoid paying out the welcome bonus? Probably just being paranoid...
UPDATE: Managed to get through after 45mins on hold (better than the 1hr stated!) They said there was an IT issue during the switch process. So all good now. Thanks

Probably best asking in the existing long thread about this switch, rather than starting a whole new thread.
It's here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6358663/125-lloyds-bank-switch-offer-0-overdraft-for-3-months-17th-may-2022-27th-june-2022
(and yes, you are being a bit paranoid!)0
