Need to send a legacy to a beneficiary abroad. Who pays the fees?

As the executor of an estate, I need to send a legacy to a beneficiary abroad.

Who pays the fees?

Would they all come out of the executor account, do we share, or does the recipient pay? I am also a beneficiary. Sorry for what might be a daft question, but I'm confused.

Many thanks

Costs should come from executor account.

I'm going to make it one all - I would have thought that it would be the recipient pays.

I will make it 2:1 any costs associated with distributing the estate go down as executor expenses, whether that is the price of a stamp to post a cheque or the up front costs to do an international money transfer. The recipient will be hit with the currency conversion rates applied by whoever is used to do the transfer.
