Travel Insurance for volunteer working with horses in Zimbabwe

Has anyone any recommendations for travel insurance for 21 year old girl doing volunteer work with horses and animals in zimbabwe for 2 weeks in August? Assuming standard travel insurance may not cover volunteer work with horses, elephants, etc. She is experienced rider and will be riding horses.

Thanks, organisation is in Zimbabwe and they take volunteers from all over world. She booked flights yesterday so I advised she get it sorted asap.
