Replying back

Turned down a job offer via a polite email and the company also replied all be it many hours later with a nice email wishing well for future.

Should I reply back to them jjst to say thank you once again and apologise again?

    Apologise for what? You said no thanks, they acknowledged. Job done!
    Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

    No, I agree with the other commenters. Enough is enough and all was very polite and friendly. Well done though, on being offered the job in the first place  :)

    Don't be - it takes real guts and it's sounding like you won't have messed the Employer around. (don't forget some jobs have loads of applicants so just be pleased they will probably be able to get someone else rather then re-advertise) There are also folk who are offered a job and then it gets revoked.

    I admire people who know how to turn down jobs on the best of terms, it's something I've never mastered as I'm always hesitant to let any offer go to the point it's lead to trouble - any tips on what to write? following your positive reply experienced.
