Hi All
I have a query in regards to a starter home which are sold 20% discounted to market value).
Currently if we sell the house we have to sell the house with the 20% discount, so I just wanted to know how long do we have to wait before we can sell the house at full value?
Thanks
Jay

What do your deeds say?
Affordable housing often have terms which say it must always be affordable.

I doubt there's a general answer, you'll need to check the conditions which apply to your scheme.0
