ebay paying fees

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I had an ebay selling fee of 7 pounds to pay, which I have tried un sucessfully to pay several times. The pay your fees now, site, wont let the payment go through no matter how many times I try, changing my payment card, ect. I just go back to the begining! I have contacted E bay to see if there was another way to pay this, but they say this is the only way! Help!

    I've not had any fees to pay since going onto managed payments, it used to be fairly simple - but often took ebay several days to actually collect anything, are you trying to use a card or paypal?
