County claim to my address for estranged child

A county court claim has been sent to my address for my estranged child for unpaid mobile phone and credit card debts. Can I be liable and what can I do please? Thank you

They may be able to obtain judgement as it's last known address but it's not against you or the address it's against the individual involved.Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Is it really for a child? So far as I know a child cannot have phone contract or CC
