Cost of Court order please for Full disclosure From the Police

Good Morning,
I wish to get a court order to enable the police to release as a full unedited disclosure a now closed investigation. I have contacted the police force in question and they state that they will only release the information as a full disclosure if i obtain a court order.
This would be released under a provision on the GDPR which allows information to be released in connection to possible legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings (civil).
The court fees i can find relate to the recovery of money (if i have been looking in the correct place).
Could someone point me in the correct direction please and let me know how much this if possible cost?
Many thanks

As you question does not seem to relate to deaths, funerals or probate I am not sure this is the best place to ask this, but I would have thought you should be able to get a free initial discussion with a solicitor who can then advise on the merits of proceeding and the costs involved with an application.0

Thank you,
I was not sure what section of this forum to place it in - if a moderator wants to move this to a different place please do so.
I was wondering of the process and the cost, i am happy to contact a solicitor, but if i could find out the rough cost first it might save some time of a solicitor (who are busy enough post COVID).

One thought, do you have legal cover included in your home insurance?0

we do, but this is realating to a case that is to do with getting a copy of a agreement that has been submitted to the police by a family member that is now living in a house that they need to leave.0
