APS ISA's question.

Sadly, my lovely husband died very recently.
He had 3 ISA accounts in 2 different banks, as do I.
He made a will and I am the sole beneficiary.
I was hoping that life would be simple and I could just transfer his ISA account monies into my ISA accounts (same banks) but, it appears it is not that simple.
Both banks in question, do not take any additional payments so, is it a question of looking on every banks website to find ones that do or is there a comparison site that would show me this and also their interest rates?
Am I right in thinking I just leave this money where it is for now until I have found somewhere else to move it to?

You don’t have to transfer to another ISA, you are given an allowance to the value of his ISA to open new ones of your so you can cash in his ISAs and put all the proceeds into a new ISA in your name.

Having said that I would question the value of doing that if we are talking cash ISAs because they have been very poor value for many years now, so most people are better off with S&S ISA or with cash savings outside an ISA.0 -
Thank you Keep_pedalling.
I appreciate that cash ISA's don't offer the best returns right now but, in all honesty, I just wanted the easy simple option for the moment.
I'm waiting for probate in any case so nothing is going anywhere until that arrives.0
