Planning for future

Planning for things 4 ish years down the line when DD is 18.
Can she open an LISA and the contributions come from the parents?
Also, can we as parents continue to contribute to her S&S ISA?

Parents can gift the money used to fund LISA and S&S ISA, but money paid in must be hers. ISA providers should accept deposits as belonging to the ISA holder unless they have grounds to believe someone else is saving their money in the ISA, but the safest option is to pay the money into her current account and have her fund the ISAs herself.
