in Credit cards
my wife received a cheque from hsbc as redress for an obsolete m&s credit card . Unfortunately the cheque was destroyed before cashing and now can’t get another issued because not current customers and unable to get hsbc and m&s to acknowledge existence of cheque. Any advice?
