Safe hands funeral plan and the F SA

Bought two plans in 2016 The company Is not regulated by the FSA. The company was at therefore an Appointed Representative Agent of an authorised firm and remained so until 13 January 2021. Do I have a claim under FSA. Regulations  Paid with debit card so think that is not an avenue of exploration.  Disgusted with the eateries firm has traded and maybe others may collusion under new regulations

I am not sure what you mean by “Appointed Representative Agent of an authorised firm” but Safe Hans we’re not regulated so you have no claim against the FSA. The administrators will contact you in due course for you to make a claim, but as liabilities exceed assets what you eventually get back will be less than you put in.
