They are required to send it to you by the deadline set in the court order.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The judge will probably decide it doesn't matter (whereas if it is the defendant who is late they make a big issue of it) but you should raise it as a preliminary matter at the hearing and ask for it to be inadmissible.

No email but could be sent in post. I'm on holiday.
On other news my email to court bounced(wrong address).
Resent with proof that it was sent on time previously but to misspelt address.
All other emails went to correct address even CCBC one.
Do I have to fill in a form or anything for the late email? Court sent automatic reply that they are five days behind.

    Sorry for being a plonker.

So in the claimant witness statement. They are focusing on the amount of time spent in the car park and not the amount of time parked up.
Their wording is "remained on site"
They want £100 full charge plus debt recovery cost of £70,
     £12 litigation trace free,
     £35 claim fee and
     £50 fixed legal costs.
     Total of £267

However, the debt recovery charge is changed to "administrative costs incurred pre-issue" half way through.

Asumme you are talking about DCBL ?

£12 litigation trace free, (ASSUME that means FEE)
A new stupid wheeze that makes them look stupid in court.  Who writes this rubbish ???

It's either a debt recovery charge or admin charge. these are two different things.

Of course you have kept the previous letter that says debt recovery charge. Whatever they say it is, both are a totally load of rubbish

DCBL have opened themselves up to a good old giggle by the judge and will prove that they are faking it ..... they don't seem to know what they are faking

You have the paperwork, they cannot change it now.

    Enjoy these fakers
