Paypal have restricted my account and I couldn't understand why, I generally only do it to purchase online.  After a phonecall to their help desk,
they state that I don't meet their terms & conditions anymore !  I tried to press them on what exactly had changed -  but they could not tell me... only that my account would 
be closed and all data erased.  They re-iterated that it was personal details on my account, and they were somehow in breach of T&C.   Anyone had anything similar ? will this affect my credit score?

It won't affect your credit score, no.

Has anyone else been affected, yes.  Not me, but lots if you trawl the forums.

It can be anything from linked accounts, dubious purchases/sales or too many claims.
