SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Saturday Night Takeaway programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 18 February 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 21 March 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 24 March 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

· The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable after 4.00pm on Thursday 24 March 2022 and on Friday 25 March, Monday 28 March and Tuesday 29 March 2022.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £100,000 and four (4) tickets to attend the Final of Saturday Night Takeaway.

(i) £100,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £100,000 (one hundred thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) Tickets to attend the Saturday Night Takeaway Final

This element of the prize consists of four (4) tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companion(s) to attend the Final show of Saturday Night Takeaway on Saturday 9 April 2022 in London (“Tickets”).

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on Saturday 9 April 2022.

Please note that the winner’s companion(s) must be eighteen (18) years old or older, and may have to provide valid ID upon arrival at the venue. To redeem the prize, the winner and their companion(s) may be asked to show proof of a negative lateral flow test.

The prize also includes:

· hotel accommodation for one (1) night on a bed and breakfast basis based on four (4) people sharing a twin and a double room at the Como Metropolitan Hotel (“Hotel”);

· dinner at the Hotel on Saturday 9 April 2022 either in the lobby or in-room, at the winner’s choice. The winner and their companion(s) will be able to choose from the Hotel’s menu (either lobby or room service as applicable, but excluding the menu items from Nobu) up to a 3-course menu per person, with a bottle of wine chosen by the Hotel’s sommelier and a bottle of still or sparkling water, at the winner’s choice. Non-alcoholic drinks can be arranged upon request (“Dinner”); and

· travel allowance worth £300 (three hundred pounds) (“allowance”).

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Tickets and Hotel accommodation of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the Saturday Night Takeaway Final show does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes transportation between the mainline station and Hotel and/or venue of the show, meals, drinks and personal expenses (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and travel insurance.
