PLF - Do I have to specify the UK as country where I've been in the last 10 days?

HI,
I've just filled in a PLF to return to London next Monday. I'm resident in the UK, of course.
I've been in Italy since 7/2 and I'll fly back to London on the 14/2.
In the PLF there's a question asking in which countries i've been in the last 10 days. I specified only Italy, but after sumitting I've realised that technically 10 days ago I was in the UK.
I'm wondering if I've made a mistake and if I have to fill in another form.
What do you think?

Personally I wouldn't bother with another form and assume they refer to countries other than UK.

Yes they only mean other countries.

From experience nobody has questioned the UK not being included on the form.

In reality, they are only looking at international travel, not travel within the UK.
