It's an issue , covered by the Equality Act 2010 , requiring reasonable adjustment , like being represented and assisted , by a lay representative such as you ( or a lawyer )

If it's a retail park , you want to find the retail park management details , plus the landowner details , complain to them , because Dreams will be mere tenants , they won't own the building or land !

You really should give us the date of issue from the claim form , plus the AOS date , so your deadlines can be worked out
Sorry thought I had provided this already claim form date is 10/01/2022

aos was submitted on the 20/01/2022

    and received 21/01/2022

Cannot find a website for the retail park however am heading to the car park now to see if more information about management is there. I assume groupnexus are the wrong point of contact as the just manage the parking rather than the land.
  • I have just found that it is owned by aviva life and pension so will contact them.

    Correct

If Aviva own the park , a managing agent will be responsible and engaged the parking company contractor , so complain to both , but don't stop working on the defence , your deadline is 33 days after the issue date , so next Monday at 4pm

Should have the defence finished in the next couple of days, and so complain to aviva and a managing agent (which won’t be groupnexus?)

Definitely not the contractor , so definitely not Group Nexus , who were employed by the managing agent

Possibly Montagu Evans , London ?

With a Claim Issue Date of 10th January, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 14th February 2022 to file your Defence.

That's just a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Of course everywhere I have written 'you' or 'your' I mean the named Defendant.
