SUMMARY

Win a Vortex Gaming New Year hamper. The Prize Draw is open to all those who enter via the Resorts World Birmingham website.

All entries and redemption are subject to the following terms and conditions – please read the following carefully.

PROMOTER

The Promoter of this event is:

Genting Solihull Limited (t/a “Resorts World Birmingham”) a company registered in England (Company Number 06601106) whose registered office is located at Genting Club Star City, Watson Road, Birmingham, B7 5SA

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

2. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except: (i) employees of the Promoter, their affiliate companies and their agencies; (ii) anyone professionally connected with the promotion; (iii) residents of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

3. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.

4. In order to enter, participants must enter the competition on the Resorts World Birmingham website.

5. Entry for the giveaway will be open from 17.00 Friday 14th January – 23.59 Monday 31st January.

6. Only one entry per individual is permitted.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) refuse to accept any entry; (ii) void any entries (and any prize if necessary) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; or (iii) amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for:

(i) incomplete entry forms; nor (ii) any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.

YOUR DATA

9.1. By entering you confirm that the Promoter may contact you as necessary if you win;

9.2. All data provided will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy that is available at https://pvy.gentingcasino.com/.

SELECTION OF WINNER

10. At the conclusion of the promotion:

10.1. One Winner will be selected by means of a random draw from all valid entrants via the website up to 11.59pm on the 31st January as outlined in section 5 above.

11. The winner will win 1x Vortex Gaming New Year Bundle containing: 1x Xbox One S; 1x Boom Boxes wireless Bluetooth speaker; 1x wireless earbuds.

12. The winner will be contacted no later than 5pm on the date of the draw via the email given during entry. If a contacted participant does not respond to Resorts World’s email within 24 hours of the initial contact we will attempt to contact again. If the contacted participant does not respond following two attempts at contact, the Promoter reserves the right to void the result and nominate an alternative winner.

13. The Promoter’s decision on any dispute or query will be final.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. The prize entitles each winner to 1x Vortex Gaming bundle which includes:

• 1x Wireless earbuds

15. Prizes must be collected from Vortex Gaming by the winner within 90 days of responding to the notification email.

16. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another item or used in conjunction with any other offer.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to change or substitute a prize if it reasonably deems it necessary.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with a prize (e.g. transport, meals, insurance or other incidentals).

REDEMPTION

19. In order to redeem the prize the participant must show the competition prize email to a member of staff at Vortex Gaming within 90 days of responding to the notification email – this can be shown either on your smart device or as a printout.

20. Upon provision of the item in term 19 above, the participant will receive the prize listed on term 14.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

21. This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
