ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win (“Website”) on Thursday 13 January 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 3.00pm on Wednesday 16 March 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 3.00pm on Monday 21 March 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN to 80060. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). There are also two (2) entry bundle options available for entry into this Prize Draw: an ‘upgrade’ and ‘three entries for the price of two’ offer.

(i) Upgrade: After your first Standard Entry to the Prize Draw, you will receive a free bounce back text message (“Text”) offering you the opportunity to upgrade your entry to either:

a) 5 entries for £5 plus one standard network rate message by replying with the keyword FIVE to 80060 within 5 minutes of the Text being sent to you (“Reply Period”); or

b) 12 entries for £10 plus one standard rate message by replying with the keyword TEN to 80060 within the Reply Period,

(each, an “Upgrade”).

If you choose to Upgrade, this will replace your Standard Entry. You will only be able to Upgrade your entry once within the Prize Draw period. If you do not wish to Upgrade, please ignore the Text and, following the Reply Period you will receive a notification that you have made a Standard Entry. If you wish to Upgrade but fail to do so within the Reply Period, the Upgrade will not be processed, your entry will be charged as a Standard Entry and you will not be able to Upgrade.

(ii) Three entries for the price of two: Entrants who do not opt to Upgrade may send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘3 entries for the price of 2 entries’ offer.

Following an Upgrade or three entries for the price of two offer described in (i) and (ii) above, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

If you choose the £5 Upgrade as described in (i) (a) above, you may make up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries per phone number. If you choose the £10 Upgrade as described in (i)(b) above, you may make-up to ten (10) additional Standard Entries per phone number. If you choose the three entries for the price of two offer described in (ii) above, you may make-up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries per phone number.

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

· Online - go to the Website to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):

o Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).

o Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into the Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.
