Terms and conditions

• The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Smart Money People or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
• Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• To enter the Prize Draw you must submit a vote for the British Bank Awards between 04/01/2022 and 04/04/2022. Entries received after this time will not be eligible. No purchase is necessary.
• You may submit more than one vote, but each vote must be for a different product and/or brand. Each eligible vote will qualify for an entry into the Prize Draw.
• If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at events@smartmoneypeople.com
• There is one £1,000 cash prize on offer. The Prize Draw winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 05/05/2022.
• The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) on or before 10/05/2022. If a winner does not respond to Smart Money People within 14 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The cash prize will be transferred to the winners’ bank account by Smart Money People within 14 days of the winner providing valid bank account details.
• The name of the winner will be available six weeks after the closing date and can be obtained by sending an SAE to Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL.
• Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL.
• Smart Money People reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Prize Draw at any time with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Smart Money People in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any bank / investment service / insurance company etc.
