EON switch from NPower ECOES record wrong
I hoping someone can help me as I'm getting nowhere with EON!
When Npower were bought out by EON we had no notification but continued to receive electricity. We havent had a bill since May 21 which was from Npower before the take over. EON say our records show that our property is listed as disconnected but I contacted SSE who have said that we are still connected with with EON but our Meter and MPAN are incorrectly listed on the ECOES. SSE cant update the ECOES and it needs to be EON who have change the error so that it is listed as live. Everytime I speak to EON they tell me we are disconnected with that meter but clearly we arent as we have electricity this has been going on for 2 monthd, I'm only trying to pay our bills as make sure that dont put us on a tariff we havent signed up for. Help please!!

Don't waste your time on the phone.
Put your complaint in writing with proof of posting.
In the mean time keep reading those meters.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1
