Discrepancy in credit balance from Igloo to Eon Next

I had £229 credit on my Igloo account. The last time I had bill issued by Igloo was 16/9 - 16 days before the supply ended. Noticed that only £122 was transferred to my Eon Next account. I worked out that my balance should be around £200 give/take a couple of quid.
What has happened to the c.£78 I was expecting to be transferred? I doubt I used £100 extra in electricity (no gas) in 16 days!

Answer they gave me on Friday " Any payments made after 7th October will be applied to your E.ON Next account early this coming week"
