Igloo to Eon move?

I'm in the process of being transferred to Eon.   My bill payments with Igloo were up to date on the day they went into administration late in September.
I was in credit at that time and allowed one more direct debit payment to be paid in October, so much so that my account is in credit by just under £600 - which i have evidence of and all my other billing information.

My account has now been set up by Eon, but they haven't completed any credit balance transfer or any other information such as meter readings.  Their welcome email states that this is yet to do which i understand but has been 2 or 3 weeks now.  Their email states to reply to it with any problems or queries.

However what is concerning me is that they have put my account in a debit balance of around £363.  There are no other figures to support this such as estimated meter readings or bills!!!

I have replied to their welcome emails to ask what is going on, but there has been no response in 5 days.

I am reluctant to do anything else on the account such as supply current meter readings or set up a new DD until i have a clearer picture.

Anyone else in this position or any advice?

Thank you

If you look at meter reading history - Eon Next accoiunt, should see readings that led to balance showing as you describe, they are holding back statements until any Igloo credit is transferred over which they have indicated on Twitter end of month, Igoo final bills need to be produced.
Best to submit meter reading otherwise Eon Next will estimate, set up direct debit to be on cheapest energy capped SVR

No Im afraid not.     Under the bill section it just says the following so there is nothing to substantiate what the amounts are for!!

"You have not received any bills yet, but when you do all your billing history will be here"

Still not had any responses to my emails.   Does anyone have an email address for Eon that they answer?   I'm reluctant to phone them.  1. I'm busy and dont want to waste time going through call centre 2. and more importantly i want an audit-able trail!!
