Energy Price cap - Cost per KWh

Could someone tell me what the Elec and Gas cost per KWh is for the current price cap please ? 
or does it not work like that? or does it vary by region ? 
I'm in England

Just interested in the deal I did on 8 Aug was worse than the cap or not

Southern Western (pence)

Gas Standing Charge (pence per day) 24.8795

Electricity Rate (pence per kWh) 20.5784

Electricity Standing Charge (pence per day) 24.4411

Midlands
Gas rate 3.8543

Gas Standing Charge (pence per day)24.8795

Electricity Rate (pence per kWh)19.6113

Electricity Standing Charge (pence per day)23.8986

Though the exact price seams to vary by supplier.

Yes, I left my fixed deal a few weeks early, as a new the price cap would be changing.

I didn't know however, how much impact it was going to have though!
