Surely they would only bounce the cheque if something had changed on the account since it was issued.0

Yes I cashed the cheque I received. It was then revoked and I haven't had another one since.Fred2712 said:So have you cashed the refund cheque or not ?0 -
You mentioned there was a change of supplier after you moved out, is it possible your credit balance was amended after this took place?
If your account was closed to a estimated reading & the new supplier had an actual reading when they took over it could have meant as recalculation of your final bill too.0
