Hi All,
I do not have a property in my name.
If I buy a property worth £500,000 as residential in my name solely then my stamp duty is £10,000, however, if I buy a BTL property as first time buyer then my stamp duty is £15,000.
Is this understanding correct?
Thanks in advance
