hi
I recently submitted a request to install double glazing in my flat . To even be able to submit this request it cost me £100. I then received a form to fill ( all fine ) and they then responded back and asked for some more paperwork and £300 for a licence (approval). It seems outrageous, given each window will cost me £500 , it’s a good thing I am replacing all the windows! but my question is that your experience with homeground when it comes to alterations and is that what other freeholders charge ?
thanks
