Good afternoon hope some one can help me back in 2020 Oct it turns out I got a ccj for unpaid service charges ok I was late in paying and the company got solicitors involved but I paid it ..a few weeks ago I get a writ saying knows almost 3 grand the dates tally from when I paid back in 2o20 approx November I have breathing space through c a b til 21 Nov..any advice please as this was paid as can be seen online in the accounts for service charges both service and ground rent were into date at that date ground rent is totally up to date now and as of now I only owe this season's service charges..am worried sick

Did you pay the full amount including any debt recovery costs?Have you paid all the service charges since then - just checking that this isn’t for a different debt?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

This isn’t by any chance anything to do with the amount the letting agent was trying to claim from you when you left the property you were renting is it? Or did you get that resolved in the end?
