OPUS ENERGY switching residential supplies to 'business' tariff without customer authority.

Do not accept or continue to speak during telephone call from Opus Energy or their agents, because they will switch tapes and claim you authorised switch to business.
Operating fraudulently: illegally without authorisation (nor communicating with the supply authorised customer) split my residential economy 7 meters into 1x residential + 1x business: this blocks switching back to any residential supplier on 1/3 tariff. Opus due to pay legal fine but bullied Ombudsman with faked data claiming account still residential (Opus only supply business). Daily harassment refuse to go to court. AVOID!

But if Opus only supply business.

How come you had  residential economy 7 meters?

You maybe need to give more information on the situation and how you came to be speaking with OPUS in the first place. 
Their website does appear to be for business customers only.

I can see, however, there could be certain situations where a business premises and residential are inextricably linked.  These situations are not common but also not so far removed as to be inconceivable - a farm would be the obvious example that comes to my mind.
