We urgently need a replacement toilet seat
The size is 44cm deep and 36cm wide
The problem is that our last seat was too big and twisted when being sat on
Amazon do not state sizes of seats - what is the best way forwards ?

Go to a local plumbers merchants with requirements. Screwfix even. Better service for my money.
Then, if twisted in use, when setting the new screws through the toilet, centre it and fill with sealant and let it set. It will help stop the fixings move. Some fixings are better than others at this so trial and error.0 -
We had problems with a toilet seat moving and replaced it with a Bemis seat. Absolutely no movement. We bought it from Amazon. The seat measurements are among the images.0

At first, you can find your toilet model and seat model. Find out which type of toilet seat you have a round or elongated seat. Here are you can find all types of information about the toilet seat.0

Are you certain it was the size causing the twisting? The only ones we've ever had issues like that with was a quick release one. One side just wouldn't do the final click in so would twist out.0
