I’ve just registered with the ICO (I’m a private landlord). You have to choose various options but I couldn’t see anything obvious for ‘private landlord’ so I’ve selected ‘land and property services’ as the main and ‘letting agent’ as the sub category. Have I done it right? Also, I’ve entered as a sole trader/individual. I own the house with my husband but I’m the one who sorts the data.Thanks in advance.
Starting balance £173,000 (Sept 2012) interest only so if we do nothing We will owe this at the end of the term😁😁

You have paid your £35. That is all they care about. The rest really doesn't matter in practice.
