    @D_P_Dance that's very interesting thanks
    The letter is a joke... I even have my own named case handler with a cheery selfie of herself on the letter 😂

    In case you hadn't seen it, i have 3 times offered them a reasonable amount as a goodwill payment which was half  of their original charge of £40 plus what I owed as a car park fee

    They ignored these

    I have a debt denial template letter but not sure now if that's the right thing to do 🙄

    Thanks @Redx... I would normally be ok dealing with things like this but it's really starting to get to me because they won't stop and Sainsbury's are a waste of time

    Wait for a formal LBC and then deny the alleged debt

    This corrupt and unfair unregulated cowboy system won't change until summer next year , when the government CoP kicks in , bear in mind we have been fighting for a better system for a decade and we regulars have assisted tens of thousands of victims on here and over on pepipoo fightback forums !!

    Even the Barry Beavis case is now 6 years old !

    @Redx it's unbelievable.
    Horizon are shocking. They don't listen to anything.
    I will send a debt denial with the points as to denial listed to Debt Recovery Plus then deal with Horizon again and Sainsbury's at a local level... Is it acceptable to have prosecco in a mug during my morning work meeting soon?! 😂 😂 😂

    You are just getting the usual DRP letters with a pic of 'Abigale'.  This is nothing to waste your time over.

    These letters are laughed at all over the forum and the advice to ignore those hasn't changed in over a decade (post #4 of the NEWBIES thread shows a pic of someone's collection of those letters and it's in the hundreds).

    Don't engage with DRP! That is the opposite of what the NEWBIES thread post #4 tells you to do.

    Would have been a cinch to get rid of at PCN stage by appealing as registered keeper, because Horizon can't hold keepers liable.

    Also a cinch for the Store Manager to cancel, if they can be bothered.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
